The PT/OT performs the duties of a clinical specialist with competence in the skills and professionalism treating a primary patient care population with lymphedema. The PT/OT actively participates in the growth and development of their clinic, including quality management and program development.
Qualifications- New Graduate PT/OT or equivalent, minimum 1 year of clinical experience with lymphedema in adult, male and pediatric populations.
- Licensed Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist in state of hire and eligible for licensure in an alternate state (license to be obtained within 3 months of hire).
- Good general health and emotional stability.
- Ability to bend, lift and assist with transfers and ambulation.
- Adequate physical strength for resistive activities.
- Trained and certified biannually in CPR.
- Must work a minimum of two evenings per week unless approved by the VP of Special Projects.
- Maintain annual job performance criteria.
