- Welcome and room patients, take vital signs, collect specimens, and chaperone visits
- Prepare exam rooms and ensure supplies and equipment are ready
- Support providers during procedures and assist with immunizations
- Coordinate medication refills, lab orders, and patient follow-ups
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to support patient outcomes
- Help connect patients with additional health and social services
- Maintain patient confidentiality and trust at all times
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program required (CMA, RMA, or CCMA preferred)
- Two years of ambulatory clinical experience preferred — newly certified and eager to learn? We’ll train you!
- Current BLS certification required
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- A compassionate heart and genuine desire to help others
