Responsibilities- Serve as a collaborative team player willing to further development through continued training opportunities.
- Consider clients’ life stage, professional circumstances, and changing financial needs when developing tailored financial plans to suit their needs.
- Work directly with clients to compile financial profiles that allow you to provide sound financial advice based on each person’s financial status, income, goals, and other factors contributing to wealth management.
- Provide strategic recommendations for products, plans, investments, and other methods to help clients achieve financial goals.
- Seek, identify, and secure strong relationships with new clients by serving as their trusted financial advisor.
- Understand the needs and financial concerns of clients and educate them on planning for the future to prepare for life events or circumstances.
- Promote customized ways for clients to achieve long-term financial goals and cultivate relationships to help families or individuals pursue financial security.
- Build an insurance and financial practice through professional networks and client prospecting.
- Provide compassion and guidance to clients when life circumstances arise and maintain long-term bonds to build trust and community.
- Baseline knowledge about financial industry concepts, financial products, and the role of a financial advisor.
- Superior communication, relationship-building, and math skills to establish strong customer service for all clients.
- Up-to-date FINRA Series 7 & 63/66 documents are a bonus.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, financial planning software, Google Suite, and related tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
- Demonstrated sales experience or an enterprising attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Dedication to helping families and businesses live their best life.
- Knowledgeable about the business industry; well-presented and professional in all interactions.
- Resilient and determined when faced with adversity; skilled in leveraging personal networks to build relationships.
- Must be a US citizen or legally authorized to work in the US.
Compensation: $75,000 per year
