Overview

Senior Analyst, Trust Operations – Portsmouth, New Hampshire

We are seeking a driven Trust Operations Senior Analyst in New Hampshire to support the growth of our trust company. This is an opportunity to work alongside an experienced team of trust professionals, dedicated to providing the highest level of client service to the families we support. About the Role

The Trust Operations Senior Analyst is responsible for the execution of client activity and enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage asset and client reporting workflows using trust accounting software, including accurately booking, updating, and removing holdings in client accounts, performing monthly market value updates, and distributing client statements
  • Provide backup support for daily transaction processing during team member absences or peak workloads
  • Maintain relationships with custodians, transfer agents and other professional contacts to facilitate client onboarding and trade related activity
  • Assist with annual third-party vendor reviews by gathering required documentation and preparing summary of findings for management
  • Serve as a liaison between Trust Operations and colleagues at our RIA, Jordan Park Group
  • Contribute to the enhancement of operational processes to reduce risks, increase controls, and elevate client service
  • Assume additional responsibilities as requested

  • Experience with FIS Add Vantage trust accounting software and Fidelity Wealth Scape advisor platform
  • Experience with Addepar or other similar data aggregation tools
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
