A growing financial institution in Portsmouth is seeking an experienced Controller to manage accounting functions, ensure financial record accuracy, and oversee regulatory reporting. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years’ experience in accounting, preferably in banking, with strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting practices.

This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the bank's rapid growth while maintaining compliance and improving internal processes. The salary range is $125,000 - $155,000 with benefits including medical insurance and a health savings account.
