Overview
KBW has partnered with a growing company in their search for a Controller. This is a hands-on role that will get involved in all aspects of the company, including assessment of new acquisition targets. This is a great opportunity to join a company on the rise and shape their future.
Responsibilities- Oversight of all accounting operations
- Compile financial reporting for management
- Maintain strong internal controls
- Manage and develop the accounting team
- Work with leadership to develop financial forecasting
- Manage relationships with investment partners
- Review tax filings
- Coordinate external audit
- Develop and implement financial processes
- Bachelor’s in accounting, finance or business
- Public accounting with a CPA
- More than five years experience with prior management exposure
Compensation: $130-145K plus bonus.
