• Lead the Classroom: Facilitate high‑energy, interactive training sessions for groups of estimators, helping them master Trimble Auto Bid through virtual and in‑person instruction.
• Architect Custom Workflows: Analyze client business goals to design and implement bespoke software setups that solve complex operational challenges.
• Empower Industry Pros: Guide mechanical and sheet metal contractors in integrating advanced estimating technology into their daily lives to maximize productivity.
• Influence Product Innovation: Act as the voice of the customer by collaborating with development teams to provide feedback that shapes the future of Auto Bid.

• Estimating Expertise:
  You bring a proven track record as an estimator within the construction industry.
• Auto Bid Mastery:
  You possess advanced proficiency in Trimble Auto Bid Mechanical or Sheet Metal estimating software.
• Engaging Facilitator:
  You have 2+ years of experience leading classroom or technical training and can explain complex concepts to any audience.
• Consulting Mindset:
  You have 2+ years of software consulting experience with a knack for analyzing business requirements.

• A four‑year degree in construction or engineering.
• Experience utilizing AI and modern productivity tools to enhance training delivery.
• Background as a certified journeyperson or technologist.

• Location: Onsite
• Travel Requirement: Approximately 25% (North America)
