This is a unique opportunity for a board-certified surgeon with a focused interest in orthopedics to walk directly into a strong, active orthopedic caseload with robust internal referrals and an established client base. You will not be building from the ground up — you’ll be stepping into a service that is already trusted, supported, and growing.

You will work alongside experienced colleagues, including one of our partners who has performed over 1,000 TPLO procedures, offering collaboration, case discussion, and shared expertise. This role provides the autonomy of a specialist while benefiting from the stability and support of an experienced surgical team.

• Has a special interest and advanced expertise in orthopedic surgery for canine and feline patients, as well as other routine surgical procedures
• Is committed to excellence in surgical outcomes and evidence-based medicine

• Perform advanced orthopedic procedures including TPLO, fracture repair, arthroscopy, and joint and ligament surgeries
• Perform other routine surgeries to assist with the surgical load
• Provide surgical consultations and collaborate with referring veterinarians
• Partner closely with our general practitioners for seamless case management
• Participate in case review, mentorship, and continuing education initiatives
• Assist with routine, urgent care, and sick appointments as needed
