Entry-Level Client Service Representative
Are you detail-oriented and comfortable working on a computer all day? Do you enjoy helping customers and keeping information organized? We're hiring an Entry-Level Client Service Representative to join our client's team. This role is a great fit for someone with at least one year of customer service or administrative experience who's looking to build their career in an office setting.
What You'll Do:
- Enter and update account information in internal systems.
- Answer client requests via phone and email.
- Review and organize documentation (mail, faxes, emails).
- Make occasional calls to DMVs or insurance companies to gather information.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and account files.
- Support the department with additional tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 1 year of customer service or administrative experience.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Pay: $18/hour
- Location: Onsite to start; transitions to hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote) after permanent hire.
- Requirements: Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
