Overview
Location: Portsmouth, NH
Salary: $19.00 USD Hourly – $20.00 USD Hourly
Description:
Location: Plano TX, Portsmouth, NH
Duration: 1 Years
Shift: 2 days in-office, 3 days remote (for certain shifts)
Responsibilities- Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Escalate complex problems to higher-level support teams
- Document issues and solutions in ticketing systems
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer service abilities
- Stable internet connection (Ethernet required, no Wi-Fi)
- Ability to complete mandatory training and adapt to shift changes
