Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead and oversee ECPC construction projects from kick-off through completion. This role will act as the primary liaison between the client and the General Contractor, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in full compliance with EHS and cGMP standards
.
- Oversee day-to-day construction activities and contractor performance
- Manage schedules, milestones, and construction progress
- Ensure strict compliance with EHS and cGMP regulations
- Lead site inspections, safety audits (GEMBA), and quality checks
- Identify and mitigate project risks; support constructability and design reviews
- Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and drive issue resolution
- Strong construction management experience in pharma, biotech, or life sciences
- Proven ability to manage contractors, schedules, and safety-critical environments
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
