You will have the unique opportunity to build and mentor a team of early-career professionals from the ground up, directly influencing Trimble's market trajectory by refining how we engage with the global construction industry.
Key Exciting Responsibilities- Champion Team Growth: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of SDRs, fostering their confidence and professional skills to smash daily and quarterly targets.
- Architect Lead Strategy: Design and optimize cutting-edge lead qualification workflows and sales plays in collaboration with Marketing to ensure a seamless pipeline.
- Drive Strategic Alignment: Partner closely with Sales and Demand Generation leadership to bridge the gap between initial prospecting and closed-won deals.
- Fuel Continuous Improvement: Analyze process data and team performance to provide actionable feedback that sharpens our overall go-to-market strategy.
- Proven Leadership: You bring 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring teams, with a heart for coaching early-career talent.
- Sales Expertise: You have 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, specifically within lead prospecting and qualification cycles.
- Strategic Communicator: You possess the ability to transmit complex information clearly and collaborate effectively across diverse departments.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and sales engagement tools like Salesforce or Gong.
- Familiarity or prior experience within the construction or AEC industry sectors.
- Location: Portsmouth, NH, In Office
- Travel Requirement: 10%

Compensation & BenefitsCompensation: Trimble provides a compensation range and description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay for this position. This range is based on a full-time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by law.
