Are you passionate about Italian-inspired cuisine, the finest local seafood, and elevating classic dishes with modern technique? We are seeking a talented Head Chef to lead our culinary programme and help create a dining destination for guests and locals alike.

This is a rare opportunity to lead this restaurant, influence menu development, and build a high-performing kitchen team that will set new standards on the Causeway Coast.

As Head Chef, you will play a pivotal role in defining the culinary vision of the Adelphi Hotel.

You will be responsible for:

• Designing, developing, and delivering exceptional menus inspired by local produce and Italian influence.
• Leading, training, and motivating the kitchen brigade to achieve consistently high standards.
• Maintaining outstanding food quality, presentation, and flavour.
• Overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Managing stock levels, GP margins, ordering, and supplier relationships.
• Creating a positive, respectful, and collaborative kitchen culture aligned with our REACH values.
• Driving exceptional guest satisfaction and elevating our reputation as a dining destination.

We’re seeking an inspiring culinary leader who brings creativity, capability, and passion to the kitchen.

You’ll have:

• Experience in 5-star or 2–3 Rosette kitchens.
• Strong understanding of modern food trends with refined Italian and locally inspired flair.
• A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced pre-opening environment

• Excellent organisational skills and an innovative approach to cooking.
• Relevant culinary qualifications and experience in prestigious properties.
