, our new 5-star luxury resort in Portrush, is seeking Public Area Cleaners to join our Housekeeping department. This crucial role ensures that all guest accommodations and public areas reflect the highest standards of cleanliness and luxury.
Does attention to detail come naturally to you? In this role you’ll be out and about in our public areas ensuring they are sparkling clean for our guests.
Customer service is key
, interacting with guests throughout the day as you make the hotel lobby, public toilets, and bedroom lobby’s look welcoming and clean. You will have high standards in terms of cleanliness and strive to make first impressions count. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about keeping our public areas in pristine condition and can work independently to make them ready for our guests at any time of the day.
We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.

ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include maintaining cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring lobby and public toilets are maintained to high standards, and performing cleaning tasks in line with brand quality expectations. Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner to support a welcoming first impression and uphold hotel standards. Manage flexible shift patterns in line with business needs and ensure readiness of spaces at any time of day.
