RN - Registered Nurse - Med/Surg Telemetry
Location:
Portland, Texas.
We are seeking a dedicated RN, Registered Nurse - A5 – Med/Surg Telemetry in Portland, Texas.
Responsibilities- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to adult and geriatric patients in a Med/Surg Telemetry setting.
- Monitor patient vital signs and cardiac telemetry, recognizing and responding to changes promptly.
- Administer medications, treatments, and perform assessments with accuracy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols.
