Overview
This position serves as the primary on-site lead for community center operations during scheduled events and ballroom rentals. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service, on-site leadership, and facility oversight to ensure a positive experience for renters, guests, and staff. Responsibilities include leading assigned shifts; opening and closing the facility; coordinating ballroom setup and breakdown; and supervising and supporting building attendants.
This position may require working additional hours and performing other related duties as assigned.

- Provide excellent customer service and on-site leadership during events and rentals.
- Perform other related duties as assigned and may require additional hours.
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Valid TX Driver's License
- Must be able to lift and move tables, chairs and equipment up to 50 pounds
- 1-2 years of previous experience in set-up and breakdown of facilities, event operations, hospitality, and/or customer service, preferred
- Experience with A/V equipment and lighting, preferred
- Cash handling, preferred
- Custodial or light maintenance experience, preferred
