Senior Accountant - Part Time

Hourly Pay Range: $30.00 - $45.00 hourly

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Part‑Time Senior Accountant to support our accounting team with accounts receivable, month‑end close activities, and special accounting projects. This role requires strong technical accounting knowledge, the ability to work independently, and the flexibility to support multiple accounting functions as needed.

Key Responsibilities - Senior Accountant

• Manage and support accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment application, customer reconciliations, and follow‑up on outstanding balances
• Assist with month‑end close, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting support
• Review and analyze general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
• Support preparation of financial statements and internal management reports
• Assist with special accounting projects, process improvements, audits, and system clean‑up initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams to research and resolve accounting discrepancies
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of accounting experience; senior‑level experience strongly preferred
• Hands‑on experience with accounts receivable and month‑end close
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a part‑time environment
