• Preparation of export shipments and distribution of International Export Documents
• Prepare export shipments for assigned customers. This may include customs clearance, shipping, labeling, and distribution of cargo. Generate delivery orders and shipping labels as needed.
• Prepare export documents for distribution to traffic, CFS and warehouse
• Coordinate pickup and delivery orders with trucking companies, airlines, steamship line and/or other facilities in order to obtain necessary information to process shipments in the best way.
• Filing and data entry
• Issue freight bills and invoices to brokers and responsible for collecting unpaid invoices within credit term
• General business support function as assigned

  Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5pm overtime as needed to meet business demands
• Hourly Pay Range: $22 – $24 per hour. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law. At NEU, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role.

Minimum Requirements , Education, and

Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate or significant or relevant or appropriate working experience
• Some computer skills including data entry and maintenance and working
• Some knowledge of general and Export Computer application technology desirable
• Some knowledge of international commerce (sales and payment term, method, customs regulations etc.)

Will work with all levels in the organization.
