Shipping/Traffic Coordinator (Administrative)
Summary of Job Purpose: The Shipping Traffic Coordinator coordinates outbound freight loads for customers with Project Managers, Shipping Personnel and TA Services Staff. Ensures all documentation required for the freight carriers including Bills of Lading are generated on a daily basis.
Responsibilities- Assist with any needed materials/goods to the appropriate location for use.
- Help schedule and coordinate internal plant shuttle trucks.
- Work with Project Management, Purchasing and Accounts Payable on resolution of nonconforming issues.
- Coordinate outbound freight loads for customers with Project Managers, Jobsite Contractors, Shipping Personnel and Sellers Staff.
- Use information provided by the project managers to create order templates in TMS, provide addresses to jobsites including contact information and any other necessary jobsite requirements.
- Generate SAP Bills of Lading and International Customs Invoices for the freight carriers.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Help resolve scheduling conflicts that occur.
- Create or suggest methods to gather shipping data.
- Track KPIes and report on shipping performance.
- Follow all ISO and Safety procedures.
- Ability to communicate thoroughly.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
