Pay Rate
Minimum $27.00 hr - Maximum $28.00 hr
CompensationOur salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our company’s size and industry and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes incentives, benefits, and other opportunities accordance with New York, Colorado, California, Washington and other applicable laws, PODS is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Individual pay decisions are ultimately based on several factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity.
A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is listed below.
Education & Experience Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid CDL Class B License Required without air brake restriction
- Must maintain a current/valid driver license
- Must meet PODS Driver Qualification Standards
- Must be at least 21 years of age (insurance requirement)
- Possess a valid Medical Examiner’s Certificate or ability to obtain a minimum of a 1-year certification (DOT requirement)
- Hands on experience with electronic equipment and software preferred
- Possess math skills sufficient to perform required duties
- Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience
- Ability to attend required 2-week New Hire Driver Training Program
