Overview

Delivery Driver (07232) – 1600 SE 122nd Avenue. This role is described with general store duties as well as driver-specific responsibilities. Orientation and training are provided on the job.

• Operate all equipment
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
• Prepare product
• Receive and process telephone orders
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
• Clean equipment and facility
• Deliver product by car and then to the door of customer
• Deliver flyers and door hangers

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
• Must be able to make correct monetary change
• Verbal and written communication skills to take and process orders
• Motor coordination for precise hand-eye movements and order entry via computer keyboard or touch screen
• Navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within designated delivery area
• Ability to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product

• Exposure to varying weather conditions when performing outside tasks and delivering
• In-store temperatures range from coolers at 36°F to hot areas at 90°F and above
• Exposure to fumes, dust (e.g., cornmeal), and hot surfaces up to 500°F
• Cramped quarters, standing for long periods, and repetitive tasks
• Physical tasks include standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying, pushing/pulling, climbing stairs or ladders, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting
• Eye-hand coordination for dough shaping and use of pizza-related tools

• Reach: continuous reaching to turn on/off controls, lift and lower objects; occasional reach above 72 inches
• Hand tasks: frequent use of hands, manipulating equipment like pizza cutters, peeling, boxes, and trays
• Machinery and tools: keyboards, telephones, calculators, pizza cutter/peel
