Technical Service Representative

Join Rain For Rent as a Technical Service Rep and support the Operations Manager, oversee project installations, perform service and repair on equipment, and transport items to meet company needs.

• Oversee installation of customer projects, including personnel assigned to the project.
• Inspect finished jobs to assure quality control standards have been met.
• Interact with salesperson, management, and customers on status of customer projects.
• Operate light duty (less than three tons).
• Help load/unload pipe, pumps and equipment for scheduled delivery to customer or another branch.
• Keep accurate written records of all deliveries and pick‑ups, obtain customer signatures and pictures needed for invoicing as required by management.
• Maintain all driving records required by management on a timely basis.
• Perform required truck inspections, keep truck in top operating condition, report needed maintenance/repair to Operations Manager, and keep truck clean.
• Perform maintenance and repair duties on all rental equipment.
• Maintain a safe, neat, and orderly working environment.
• Complete paperwork as assigned.
• Follow company safety rules and wear personal protective equipment at all times.
• Deliver and pick up rental equipment.
