Essential
Job Responsibilities
* Coordinates supply ordering and delivery;
* Organizes educational materials to ensure all items are prepared prior to each class;
* Researches and analyzes materials used in the Classes program;
* Maintains a safe work environment by following proper storage and transport procedures;
* Works cooperatively with the Senior Classes Supply Coordinator-and other Classes staff-to ensure program supply needs are met

Job Responsibilities
Secondary responsibilities include-but are not limited to-the following:
* Assists Senior Supply Coordinator with other daily operations of supply needs for summer classes, including purchasing materials as needed;
* Provides first aid care to participants and staff when necessary;
* Researches and analyzes materials used in the Classes program.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
REQUIREMENTS:
* Working knowledge of and/or ability to effectively practice project coordination;
* Demonstrated ability to pivot between individual and team work;
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite products;
* Exercises sound judgment while upholding high integrity and ethical standards;
* Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills that adhere to confidentiality, protocol, and community agreements.
* ability to learn equity, diversity, inclusion and social justice theories and practical applications, including critical theories of systemic oppression, unconscious bias, and personal identity and intersectionality matters.
Education & Work Experience
REQUIREMENTS:
* Minimum one year working in a fast-paced environment, often with stringent and overlapping time constraints;
* Demonstrated experience or ability to work effectively with people of diverse backgrounds and talents in a professional work environment.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Pre-employment checks, such as criminal background checks and reference checks.
* Valid Driver's License and must meet OMSI's driving standards, including passing a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check;
* Current CPR and First-Aid Certification:
* If not licensed, training can be provided at no cost for selected candidates as part of the onboarding process.
