Position Summary:
We're seeking a reliable and hardworking HVAC Install Helper to assist with the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to enter the skilled trades and learn from experienced professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Assist lead HVAC installers with the installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Carry and stage equipment, tools, and materials
- Measure, cut, and assemble ductwork and piping
- Maintain clean and safe job sites
- Operate power tools and basic hand tools
- Follow all company and OSHA safety guidelines
- Learn and grow within the HVAC trade
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in crawl spaces, attics, or on ladders
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Previous HVAC experience or trade school a plus, but not required
- On-the-job training and career development
