Responsibilities- Lead installation projects for residential and light commercial HVAC systems, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the installation team to assign tasks, oversee work progress, and ensure efficient project completion.
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
- Interact with clients in a professional manner, addressing their questions and concerns, and providing solutions that meet their needs.
- Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent for each project.
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in HVAC installation and service.
- Minimum of 7‑10 years of experience as a Lead HVAC Installation technician with a proven track record in installations.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and electrical circuits.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team effectively.
- Valid HVAC technician certification and relevant licenses as required by the state of Oregon.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Exceptional problem‑solving abilities and a commitment to delivering high‑quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
