This full-time, on-site role is based in Portland, OR. As a Film Technician, you will be responsible for the professional installation of automotive window film on a variety of vehicles, ensuring precision, quality workmanship, and a clean, finished appearance. You will prepare vehicles and surfaces, apply film using industry-standard tools and techniques, and inspect completed work to meet quality standards. The role includes troubleshooting installation issues, maintaining tools and materials, and working collaboratively with team members to ensure efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills related to automotive window film installation and application techniques
- Working knowledge of tools, materials, and methods used in vehicle window tinting or similar hands-on technical work
- Ability to prepare surfaces, measure, cut, and apply film with precision and attention to detail
- Familiarity with workplace safety practices and proper handling of tools, materials, and vehicles
- Excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
