Full-time Hollowcore Site Installer / Foreman

We are looking for a full-time Hollowcore Site Installer / Foreman to join our team, based just outside Durbanville.

The role involves leading a team in the installation of precast hollow core slabs. You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the placement of cut‑to‑size precast elements onto structural walls on‑site, working with a crane.

• Coordinate and lead the members of the team in performing the activities necessary
• Problem solving on a daily basis on site
• Ensure safety and housekeeping standards are adhered to
• Coach & assist team members in the correct execution of their work activities
• Manage time control and commitment
• Plan and organise labour and machines
• Be able to read a plan lay out
• Well organised

• Grade 12
• High level of numeracy and literacy
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Be able to read drawings
• Knowledge of the building/construction industry
• Work references
• RSA citizen with no criminal record

In return you will get a market related salary; become member of a provident fund; annual shut down in December during builder’s holiday. Working hours are from 7:00 to 17:30, but only until 15:00 on a Friday.
