Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Residential Low Voltage Technician to join our security business unit.

The Low Voltage Technician installs, maintains, and troubleshoots low‑voltage systems including fire alarm, access control, CCTV, intrusion, structured cabling, and related technologies. This role supports safe, code‑compliant installations and high‑quality service for customers.

• Install, terminate, test, and service low‑voltage systems
• Read and follow drawings, schematics, and work orders
• Troubleshoot system issues and perform repairs
• Ensure compliance with safety codes and company standards
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and customers
• Complete job documentation accurately

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification  low‑voltage systems is a plus
• 2+ years working with low voltage systems
• Experience with Access Control products, Security Systems, Cameras, and Alarms.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds, tools, and work in various physical environments.

• Previous experience working with security systems such as Genetec or Lenel
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and instructions
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
