What You’ll Do:As a Shop Technician, you will work on heavy trenching and construction equipment in the shop, ensuring equipment repairs are done accurately and timely to support our customers and maximize their uptime. Every day, you’ll work alongside other trained Technicians in a fully equipped shop.
What You Need:- 2 or more years of experience diagnosing and repairing construction or other heavy equipment.
- Experience diagnosing and repairing hydraulics and electrical components.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Self‑motivation.
- Must provide own tools.
Compensation: $28–$50 per hour (depending on experience).
