• Develop and implement a strategic plan that helps achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
• Own and exceed annual sale targets within the assigned accounts and territory
• Build and retain strong and long-lasting relationships with the customers
• Partner with customers to understand the business requirements and objectives
• Effectively communicate the value proposition via presentations and proposals
• Report on forces that shift strategic direction and tactical budgets of accounts

• BA / BS degree or equivalent qualification
• Proven Sales Executive, Sales Marketing, or Sales Manager work experience
• Being able to meet or exceed annual sales targets
• Being able to communicate, present and influence target audience, including C-level and executives
• Ability to articulate the exclusive features of products and services
• Ability to position products / services against competitors
• Outstanding communication skills both in terms of written and verbal communications
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and listening skills
