About The Role
The Gel Bottle Inc. is on an exciting growth journey, and we're looking for a National Account Manager to be part of our vibrant, founder‑led company. If you're passionate about working in a fast‑paced environment and eager to contribute to a diverse portfolio of B2B and B2C brands, this is your chance to make a significant impact!
Be the face of our brand. You'll own and grow all National & Strategic Accounts within our Retail Services Group chains & equivalent scale partners across the US. You'll build strong relationships with our retail services group partners, helping to shape, drive and grow those accounts with sales strategies that deliver real impact. Working closely with the US Sales Director, you’ll represent us within the beauty industry, and help us smash ambitious growth targets.
RelationshipManagement & Growth
- Build and nurture senior‑level relationships with key decision‑makers at major retail services group chains.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for top‑tier accounts, ensuring exceptional service and long‑term partnership growth.
- Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans, drive category growth, and maximise in‑store presence.
- Drive re‑order plan through intelligent CRM and driving customer relationships.
- Identify, target, and secure high‑potential retail services chain partners, with a focus on growing our existing accounts as they expand across the US.
- Develop and execute comprehensive go‑to‑market strategies for new business acquisition across the US.
- Lead complex negotiations and close high‑value deals with major accounts.
- Work closely with Commercial Planning team to identify opportunities for Retail Services growth.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform regional sales strategies.
- Provide regular, data‑driven sales forecasts and performance reports to the US Sales Director.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and executive meetings, acting as a brand ambassador.
You’re a dynamic sales leader with strong relationship‑building skills and a sharp commercial mindset. You excel at driving growth, negotiating at senior levels, and turning regional opportunities into lasting partnerships.
- Experience in mid‑senior account management, business development, or sales leadership roles, preferably within the beauty, wellness, or FMCG sectors.
- Demonstrated success in winning and growing accounts within group chains.
- Exceptional relationship‑building, negotiation, and influencing skills at the executive level.
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to deliver against ambitious sales targets.
- Experience in developing and executing regional sales strategies.
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and project management skills.
