Promotes sales of
B. Braun Interventional Systems, Inc. products in an assigned territory region through direct interaction with new and established Interventional customers. Identifies territory challenges, establishes relationships and provides strategies and solutions while creating opportunities within the BIS product lines. Achieves 100% of sales plan within the designated geographical territory. Calls on clinical decision-makers to position/close sales of products. Prepares financial analyses, proposals and/or competitive analyses for customers as well as presenting the information to committee members within a hospital.

- Prepares financial analyses, proposals and/or competitive analyses for customers as well as presenting the information to committee members within a hospital.
- Requires full working knowledge of relevant business practices and procedures in professional field; uses standard theories, principles and concepts and integrates them to propose a course of action.
- Works under minimal supervision; relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned goals and may periodically assist in orienting, training, and/or reviewing the work of peers.
- Judgment is required in resolving complex problems based on experience.
- Contacts are primarily with department supervisors, leads, subordinates, and peers, with occasional contact with external contractors/vendors.
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2‑4 years related experience required.
- Frequent business travel required; valid driver’s license and passport required.
- Applicable industry/professional certification preferred.
- Light work:
Exerting up to 20 lbs of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 lbs of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. - Occasionally:
Reaching upward and downward, pushing/pulling, standing. - Frequently:
Sitting.
Salary Range: $80,000‑$95,000 plus incentive compensation.
