PositionPrivate Risk Advisor (PRA) – Outside Sales
LocationBeaverton, OR (Salary $50,000 - $90,000) or Portland, OR (Salary $123,600 - $198,100)
Job DescriptionThe Private Risk Advisor fosters strategic partnerships and builds relationships with centers of influence to promote the USI Private Risk Advisor suite of services.
- Promote the USI Private Risk Advisor suite to centers of influence and trusted advisors.
- Attract new clients that meet minimum client profile standards.
- Design risk management insurance programs for high net worth individuals, families, and family offices.
- Conduct comprehensive risk analysis reviews to identify personal, professional, and business exposures.
- Prepare and execute strategic sales plans to qualify prospective clients and build a network of Centers of Influence.
- Drive profitable revenue growth through new client acquisition and retention strategies.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences with a consultative selling approach.
- Create and deliver professional presentations and proposals illustrating USI value proposition, industry trends, and customized solutions.
- Position value‑added services and partnerships to key stakeholders and trusted advisors.
- Maintain expertise at the highest levels in the personal risk domain.
- Stay informed on industry trends and advise development of innovative, bespoke solutions.
- Engage third‑party subject matter experts in response to client needs.
- 5+ years of high‑net‑worth sales experience.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Solid conflict‑resolution capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with strong independent thinking.
- Ability to delegate effectively.
- Established network of COIs and a proven sales track record.
- Current property‑and‑casualty license (P&C License).
