Position Overview

Estimators at A.C. Moate play a critical role in building both our maintenance and construction divisions by driving clients through the entire sales funnel—from initial prospect to long-term, raving fan.

Estimators are responsible for 100% of their client relationships from start to finish. This includes finding new clients, selling existing services, managing projects, and ensuring an exceptional client experience throughout the full project lifecycle.

You will meet with clients, create and present bids, manage awarded projects, perform quality control, ensure timely billing, and confirm payment completion.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships within the multifamily, commercial, and industrial sectors
  • Identify new business opportunities and sell A.C. Moate’s services
  • Review bid packages and gather required project data
  • Create, submit, and present estimates to clients
  • Guide clients through the full sales and project process
  • Provide consultation and education to clients
  • Coordinate closely with operations to ensure smooth project execution
  • Conduct quality control (QC) inspections on completed projects
  • Ensure projects are billed promptly and payments are collected

Compensation
  • Compensation range: $80,000 – $300,000 per year
  • No commission cap
