• Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate service to customers who either visit the dealership or call by maintaining familiarity with all inventory products and merchandising programs; parts inventory and ordering systems; utilized and maintain parts technical resources with the most current information; and dealership credit policies.
• Acknowledge customers as soon as possible.
• Provide a good image to customers.
• Make outgoing phone calls to customers, to keep good customer relations.
• Look up parts in CDK Automotive DMS computer systems
• New product knowledge.
• Attend training classes.

• High School Diploma.
• General Mechanical aptitude.
• Familiar with automotive/truck components.
