Pay and Compensation
Base pay range: $30,000.00/yr - $/yr
This is a commission-based role with unlimited upside. Commissions in this role are expected to range from $30,. On average, agents make $160,000, but there is uncapped potential. Commission rates: 25%-40% for Redfin generated sales; 50%-70% for agent generated sales.

- Join Redfin’s top-producing real estate agents by joining an agent team or individually, and leverage competitive commissions with customers, benefits and support.
- Utilize the Redfin platform to maximize earnings and manage your business expenses with Redfin covering many costs.
- Leverage Redfin resources: 100 new Redfin customers per year, proprietary CRM, and a dedicated transaction coordinator, listing coordinator, and a team of showing agents. Inside sales qualifies opportunities and books them on your calendar.
- Operate with Redfin’s compensation structure, including in-year accelerators and opportunities for top-producer perks (e.g., President’s Club, stock grants, and luxury-brand representation).
- Access comprehensive benefits and marketing investments designed to connect agents with buyers and sellers.
- Active and unrestricted real estate license
- Minimum of 1 year residential real estate sales experience, ideally with closed transactions; or related real estate experience including prior experience with Redfin in a real estate capacity
- Trusted advisor with in-depth experience guiding clients through home buying and selling
- Proven track record of converting web leads to clients, closing deals, and earning referral business
- Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills
- Comfort with technology to build your business and collaborate efficiently
