Renewal by Andersen - Tiffee Companies is seeking an outgoing, articulate, and reliable Event Representative to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to represent a nationally recognized brand while engaging with potential customers at local fairs, community festivals, and other events. • Event Setup & Breakdown:
  Transport, assemble, and dismantle booths and promotional displays at event locations.
• Brand Representation:
  Act as the face of Renewal by Andersen by sharing product knowledge and company values with attendees.
• Lead Generation:
  Engage attendees in meaningful conversations to capture interest and schedule in-home appointments.
• Customer Interaction:
  Deliver exceptional service with empathy, positivity, and professionalism.
• Team Participation:
  Attend regular meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and company updates.

• Competitive Pay: $19/hour base + uncapped bonuses. Average reps earn $25-$30 per hour.
