- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or applicable experience in technical electrical sales
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical electrical sales, particularly with surge protection or switch gear
- Proven experience leading outside and inside sales teams
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools
- Ability to travel internationally and navigate construction project sites
- Previous experience in surge protection or switch gear sales
- Established value-based selling and negotiation skills
- Experience working with contractors, panel shops, and OEMs
- Familiarity with local agent and distribution market training initiatives
- Strong interpersonal skills to mentor and educate sales teams
