Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead sales strategies while managing Regional Sales Managers and the Inside Sales team
  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and competitive positioning
  • Build and maintain high-level relationships with key accounts in the U.S. and Canada
  • Drive revenue growth through various channels including contractors, panel shops, and end users
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on products, processes, and strategies
Qualifications (Required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or applicable experience in technical electrical sales
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical electrical sales, particularly with surge protection or switch gear
  • Proven experience leading outside and inside sales teams
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools
  • Ability to travel internationally and navigate construction project sites
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in surge protection or switch gear sales
  • Established value-based selling and negotiation skills
  • Experience working with contractors, panel shops, and OEMs
  • Familiarity with local agent and distribution market training initiatives
  • Strong interpersonal skills to mentor and educate sales teams
