West District Sales Manager

Salary

U.S. – $145,000 – $234,000 per year, including base pay and short-term incentive.

District Sales Manager – Instrumentation. Manage channel relationships and drive growth in the western United States.

Develop business and operational plans with channel partners, lead execution to enable partner growth, and report to the North American Sales Director for Instrumentation.

• Develop and strengthen relationships at key channel partners to capitalize on sales and service synergies.
• Create growth‑oriented business plans with channel partners and gain agreement on performance measures.
• Ensure quality and responsiveness for all services provided, continually striving for a superior customer experience.
• Coordinate partner competency development, resource utilization, and program execution.
• Execute channel strategies to drive market share growth, including tailored regional and application specific strategies.
• Provide regular account updates and highlight opportunities and issues as necessary.
• Disseminate training and campaign programs to keep partners up to date with the latest offerings.

Up to 50% within the United States.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of channel management, sales, or distribution planning experience.
• Strong account management and instrumentation selling experience.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and initiative‑taking.
• Ability to thrive in a matrixed organization.
