We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and expanding our market presence through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in business development, territory management, and customer relationship management, with a focus on B2B sales. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about sales, technology, and building long-term client partnerships.
Duties- Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and market research to expand the customer base.
- Manage assigned territories effectively by developing strategic plans to maximize sales opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing features and benefits tailored to their needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and territory status for reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional strategies.
- Proven experience in outside sales or business development within a B2B environment.
- Strong background in account management, territory management, and lead generation strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Eye Rep or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated success in direct sales, cold calling, and conducting product demos.
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with strong analysis capabilities to identify opportunities and close deals effectively.
- Experience in marketing or technical sales is a plus, especially within technology or retail sectors.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while delivering exceptional customer service.
