Licensed Insurance Sales Producer

One of the largest insurance agencies in Portland, OR is seeking a motivated, licensed Insurance Sales Producer to drive new business growth while building long-term client relationships. This role is responsible for identifying client needs, presenting insurance solutions, and closing sales while maintaining high standards of service and compliance. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, personable, and thrives in a performance-driven environment.

• Prospect, quote, and sell insurance products to new and existing clients
• Conduct needs-based consultations to recommend appropriate coverage solutions
• Develop and maintain a strong referral pipeline through networking and follow-ups
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals
• Cross-sell and upsell additional insurance products to existing clients
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in agency management systems
• Ensure all sales activities comply with carrier, agency, and state regulations
• Collaborate with account managers and service teams to ensure smooth policy onboarding and renewals
• Stay current on product offerings, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends

• Active Property and Causality license in the state of OR
• 2+ years of experience selling insurance products
