• Generate retail sales by using a passion for technology and exceptional customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers’ needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position products, insights, and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete, top‑down sales solution.
• Close sales by using strong communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.
• Continuously develop through ongoing training and up‑skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory.
• Potential to grow the customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers who are interested in our products and services.
• Engage with the community outside the store to expand a loyal customer base, including at off‑site Verizon‑sponsored events.

Base pay ranges from $16.00 to $21.00 per hour. In addition, employees can earn up to $16,000 per year in individual‑based commissions when meeting or exceeding sales goals. Top performers may earn an additional $14,500 or more, for a total annual earnings potential of roughly $65,000
–$73,500 depending on geography, hours worked, and performance.

• High school diploma or GED
• One or more years of relevant experience (work or military)
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule announced four weeks in advance)
• Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income during peak periods

Even better if you have:

• Experience working in a commission‑based environment
• Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions
• Customer service experience
