• Inside Sales Representative in Portland, OR
• Outbound phone sales calls to an established customer base promoting new and existing products & services.
• Daily maintenance of CRM database to ensure accuracy and currency.
• Analyze customer base to identify growth opportunities or decline causes.
• Continuously augment product and industry knowledge through training and self‑directed learning.
• Place customer orders occasionally and serve as the initial point of contact for all service‑related issues.
• Build long‑lasting business relationships with the customer base.
• Maintain daily phone metric standards set by management.
• Support continuous improvement of the company’s quality system.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong time management, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Microsoft Office background and experience desirable.
• Ability to thrive in a group/team environment.
• Travel up to 10% for customer visits or trade shows.

• Some college coursework or degree preferred.
• Prior sales or account management experience.
• General automotive knowledge and/or experience.
• Experience training/educating others.

Salary: $90,000.00–$ per year.
