$40,000 - $60,000 per year

• Interact with high-level clients and executives, handling special requests
• Assist sales staff with client projects by creating quotes
• Manage vendor relationships and secure special pricing
• Process orders and track progress
• Answer customer calls and provide top‑notch assistance
• Tackle general tasks and challenges with a positive attitude

• Embrace a fun, team‑oriented environment (yes, Nerf battles included!)
• Work independently while knowing when to ask the right questions
• Communicate clearly and confidently, representing CTI to our clients

• High school diploma required
• 1–2 years of corporate or administrative experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Base salary $40,000 – $60,000 (DOE)
