Regional Sales Representative

• Salary up to $65,000
• Eligible for commissions, with typical annual earnings projected from $63,840 to $72,800

• Provide in-store support for sales programs, merchandising, and marketing initiatives
• Build merchandising displays and ensure ongoing planogram compliance
• Develop relationships with store managers and associates for effective communication and feedback
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for store management, associates, and customers
• Monitor and report on store inventory levels while assisting Territory and National Account Managers

• Associate’s degree or relevant experience;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or customer‑facing role
• Strong interpersonal skills to develop working relationships
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to lift 40-50 lbs and travel extensively as required

• CRM data management experience
• Prior experience in rapidly growing industries such as agricultural equipment, power tools, or consumer durables
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends during peak events
