Remote position across the United States.
Competitive salary: $70,000 – $75,000 per year.

The RoleThe Key Account Manager AC is responsible for developing, managing, and growing long‑term relationships with Wallbox’s most strategic customers. The role drives revenue, maximizes account value, and ensures an exceptional customer experience through deep client understanding and cross‑functional collaboration.
Responsibilities- Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with key accounts, ensuring high retention and continuous growth.
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, aligning expectations and satisfaction.
- Lead strategic account planning: forecasting, pipeline management, and quarterly business reviews.
- Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within the account portfolio.
- Drive strategic deal cycles: proposals, pricing, contract negotiation, and closing.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth contract execution.
- Coordinate closely with Product, Operations, Customer Success, and Technical Support for flawless solution delivery.
- Monitor account health, address escalations, and mitigate risks proactively.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and report regularly on account status, revenue, and pipeline.
- Track and improve key metrics: revenue growth, retention, Net Promoter Score (NPS), conversion rates, and pipeline velocity.
- Experience in key account management or strategic sales, preferably in EV, energy, SaaS, or technology.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage complex stakeholders.
- Strategic, analytical mindset focused on results and customer value.
- 5–8 years of B2B key account management or new business sales, ideally in technical or renewable energy sectors.
- Proven track record growing strategic accounts and closing large deals.
- Strong solution‑selling and consultative sales skills.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management.
- Comfortable with long sales cycles and multi‑site projects.
- Strong CRM discipline (Salesforce preferred) and structured approach to account planning.
