Policy Administration Specialist

• Establish and maintain complex group billing and premium collection records
• Apply, track, and reconcile premium payments, and research discrepancies
  
  Communicate policy information, changes, and service options to policyholders and internal partners
• Implement policy amendments and renewals by updating system records
• Support retention efforts by resolving issues related to non‑payment and terminations

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated insurance customer service experience
• Experience with billing, accounting principles, or premium administration
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and related applications
• Ability to work remotely in Pacific time zone hours

• Experience with group insurance billing or premium collection systems
• Working knowledge of complex group contract provisions and billing support systems
