Pay Range

Base pay: $18.00/hr – $28.00/hr actual pay based on skills and experience.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Community Manager with coordinating business operations of HUD/RD or Tax Credit properties, providing eligible individuals with unfurnished housing.
  • Oversee complex operations to maintain occupancy, managing outreach efforts & advertisements per the Fair Housing Marketing Plan.
  • Complete weekly reports and maintain neat, legible records.
  • Implement CMI policies, ensure compliance with federal & state regulations, and maintain required posters.
  • Notify residents of Rental Assistance, handle resident evictions, and manage move‑in & move‑out processes.
  • Screen applicants, verify income, and certify eligibility.
  • Maintain waiting‑list files and manage rental assessments.
  • Collect rents, maintain petty cash, ensure proper accounting & seleccionar deposits, deliver notices.
  • File & maintain resident records, inventory forms & postage.
  • Prepare budget recommendations for annual review.
  • Promote harmonious relations among tenants, staff, owners and the community.
  • Enforce house rules, maintain a pleasant demeanor, and manage tenant information logs.
  • Make recommendations for improvement of company policies & procedures.
  • Attend scheduled hours reliably, travel for trainings & conferences, and perform other duties as directed.
Qualifications
  • arrow Valid driver’s license and insurance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to speak before groups.
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percent, ratio).
  • Reasoning ability to solve practical problems and follow instructions.
Physical Demands

Requires use of hands and arms, frequent sitting, occasional standing, walking, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling; must frequently lift up to 10 lbs; requires close and distance vision.
