Pay: $27 to $36/hour, DOE (~$55 to $75K annually, based on full-time hours)

Shine bright with us! ✨ Mia Donna is seeking an experienced Jewelry Specialist to join our sales team at our Bridgeport Village location. If you have a passion for luxury retail, a flair for styling, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service, we’d love to hear from you.

• Schedule:
  
  4-5, 6-10.5 hour retail shifts/week, which may include weekends, evenings, holidays
• Employment type:
  
  Full-time, hourly (overtime eligible in accordance with state and federal law)
• Start date:
  
  ASAP, based on availability of the selected candidate

• Deliver outstanding customer service and expert product advice
• Guide customers through the selection process to find their perfect piece
• Build lasting customer relationships, including with VIP clients
• Stay up-to-date on new collections and product offerings
• Ensure the store is organized and visually appealing at all times
• Fulfillment (inventory management, data entry, order preparation, and quality checks)
• Support daily store operations, including opening, closing, and cash management

• Required
  • Strong references for reliability, punctuality, sales skills (we do check references)
  • 1+ yearsluxury retail sales experience with a proven record of meeting sales goals
  • Ability to reliably commute to our Bridgeport Village location (7279 SW Bridgeport Rd, Portland OR 97224)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Attention to detail and a high standard of professionalism
• Preferred
  • Experience with retail management software and POS systems
  • Experience with Mac OS, Google Workspace, and Shopify platform
