As a Retail Associate, you provide our customers with a unique, customer‑first shopping experience. You act as a brand ambassador, generating sales by proactively engaging and connecting with our customers.

Part Time - Compensation: $18‑$21 DOE

Store Manager - Schedule:
20‑25 hr, Holiday and weekend availability
- Retail Sales:
Create an elevated, upbeat, welcoming experience for customers. - Drive and increase sales by connecting with customers, asking open‑ended questions to assess needs, and making relevant merchandise suggestions.
- Speak with knowledge and confidence about materials, styles, fit, fabrics, price, and trends in the outdoor and fashion industry.
- Strengthen our brand presence by encouraging customers to engage with social networking sites and email lists.
- Educate customers on brand history, products, offers, promotions, and events.
- Process customer transactions efficiently with excellent point‑of‑sale/cash‑handling accuracy.
- Answer questions via phone or email, including promptly notifying customers of restocked items and managing special orders.
- Support day‑to‑day operations: maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, fitting rooms, window displays, cash‑wrap areas, and back‑of‑house.
- Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently, including shipment processing, back‑stock replenishment, inventory counts, and loss prevention.
- Communicate with internal teams and upper management, relaying special order requests, customer concerns, product issues, or sales/event opportunities to the proper team member.
- Ensure health, safety, and security rules are followed.
- Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
- High School Degree
- Previous experience in retail with cash handling.
- Excellent customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to learn new computer programs and software.
- Reliable and professional.
- Friendly and engaging.
- Communicate effectively with all types of customers and employees.
- Prolonged periods standing.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
